After our experience putting in a garden and flower beds this year, PBS won't be calling us to do their next home and garden show. OK, so we're not green thumbs, but we are learning. We're learning that corn can grow to be only 3 feet tall, that squash plants can have a bloom on them for weeks and never produce any squash, and that raspberry bushes can provide as many as 5 delectable berries, all without much work on our part! No pretending! Well, there's always next year...
